Meet Your Candidate

Who Am I

I’m Trent Lester, running for US Congress to proudly represent Indiana’s 4th District—Lafayette, Delphi, Logansport, Crawfordsville, Monticello, and beyond. Born and raised in Lafayette, I’ve raised three children here with my wife, living the values of faith and family. Coming from modest roots, I know the struggles of IN-04’s working class. As your Second Amendment Defender, I’ll fight for your voice in Washington, ensuring faith, freedom, and prosperity for all.

My Work Experiences

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in a Lafayette factory, tackling challenges and delivering quality alongside the hardworking men and women of Indiana’s 4th District. As a supervisor, I’ve led teams with pride, embodying the resilience and community spirit of Frankfort, Delphi, Logansport, Crawfordsville, and all of IN-04. I know firsthand the struggles of job insecurity and high taxes. That’s why I’m running to fight for our prosperity—pushing for tax relief on overtime pay, defending our Second Amendment rights, and ensuring working families across Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Hendricks, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Warren, and White counties thrive.

My Thoughts On our Trust as a Nation

From Monticello to Crawfordsville, Zionsville to Logansport, the people of IN-04 are fed up with career politicians who ignore our communities in Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Hendricks, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Warren, and White counties. Worse, some treat elected office like an heirloom, passed down without accountability. I share your frustration. My 20+ years as a supervisor in a Lafayette factory taught me the value of hard work and the strength of our district’s spirit. As a candidate for U.S. Congress in the 2026 Republican primary, I’m running to break Washington’s cycle of stagnation with term limits and amplify your voice. I’ll fight for our faith, freedoms, prosperity, and Second Amendment rights, ensuring working families thrive. Join me—vote in the 2026 primary, volunteer, or follow on X (@TrentLesterIN04

My Thoughts On Unity

United, IN-04 can lead the way to a stronger America. From Lafayette to Logansport, Monticello to Crawfordsville, and across Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Hendricks, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Warren, and White counties, our shared values of faith, family, and hard work bind us. With over 20 years in a Lafayette factory, I’ve seen the strength of our communities firsthand. As a candidate for U.S. Congress in the 2026 Republican primary, I’ll fight for IN-04 by supporting local jobs, pushing for tax relief on overtime pay, and defending our Second Amendment rights. Together, we’ll build a nation we’re proud to call home—one that reflects the unity and resilience of our district. Join me in this fight for a stronger, united IN-04.

My Thoughts on The Political Atmosphere

Political bickering has divided our nation, but IN-04 can lead the way forward. From Lafayette’s factories to Monticello’s small towns, Crawfordsville’s farms to Frankfort’s neighborhoods, our communities share a commitment to faith, family, and hard work. With over 20 years as a supervisor in a Lafayette factory, I’ve listened to the concerns of working Hoosiers and built teams through collaboration. As a candidate for U.S. Congress in the 2026 Republican primary, I’ll bring that same approach to Washington—listening to every corner of IN-04, seeking common ground, and fostering respectful dialogue. By championing faith, freedom, prosperity, and our Second Amendment rights, I’ll work to unite us and build a stronger, prouder America. Join me in showing the nation what IN-04’s unity can achieve.

My Ask Of You

I’m Trent Lester, running for U.S. Congress in IN-04, asking not for blind faith but the chance to earn your trust. For over 20 years, I’ve worked as a supervisor in a Lafayette factory, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the hardworking men and women of our district. From Delphi’s small businesses to Logansport’s neighborhoods, Crawfordsville’s farms to Zionsville’s communities, I know the grit and spirit that define IN-04. As a candidate in the 2026 Republican primary, I’ll fight for our faith, freedom, prosperity, and Second Amendment rights, ensuring the American Dream thrives across our district. Join me—vote in the 2026 primary, volunteer, or follow on X (@TrentLesterIN04
